Scottish Football will continue to be broadcast live online next season with a deal made between the SPFL and Sky Sports.
News from the SPFL have indicated that all matches will continue online as they have done this year. With fans clammering to get back into stadiums there is still a need for other fans further afield to get a chance to watch their team.
Quote: As was the case this season, all SPFL clubs will be allowed to make available ‘season passes’ of their home matches, to season ticket holders, through online club channels. In addition, all clubs will be allowed to sell any home game not broadcast live by Sky, on a pay-per-view basis next season.
All scottish football clubs now have a streaming service and our aim is to continue to serve our clients with low cost streaming services. Any clubs looking for help with an OTT Platform or provision of streaming bandwidth then please get in touch.
Scottish Football online will have streamed to 40,000 viewers in 40 live games this season, both Season Ticket Holders and PPV users. We have three Scottish Championship clubs using our platform and four Scottish Cup games of Highland League Clubs streamed on our system.
