Season 2020-2021 was hit by Covid but eventually the season got started and clubs managed 27 games in the Scottish Championship. This allowed our platform to flourish.

ScottishFootball.online provides a low-cost online platform for streaming of live football matches within Scotland.

For season 2021-2022, despite spectators returning to stadiums, our OTT Platform continued to stream with healthy online viewing numbers each week.
During season 2020-2021 ScottishFootball.online provided streaming services for Dunfermline Athletic, Queen of the South, Alloa Athletic, Buckie Thistle, Fraserburgh and Nairn Country.

For season 2021-2022, ScottishFootball.online provides streaming services for:

-- Inverness Caledonian Thistle
-- Queen of the South
-- Queen`s Park
-- Fraserburgh

By mid-october 2021 we had streamed 48 matches with a total audience of almost 9,000 (more than the same number of matches than the previous season). By the end of April 2022 we will have streamed 130 live matches with 30,000 viewers (season 2021-2022). The income over the last two seasons for all clubs is £500,000.

Our business model ensures that the PPV income for each club immediately goes direct to the club, via their Paypal or Stripe account.

Despite the issue with streaming live to England on a Saturday afternoon, the viewing numbers are holding up. We think this is primarily because people have an appetite to view matches from their hometown. People whio live furtehr afield may not normally get to these matches and now is ideal situation to follow their team on a regular basis.

It is also fair to say that with the covid presence, some people prefer to watch from the safety of their own home.
