ScottishFootball.online streamed live three Scottish Cup games at Highland League grounds on Tuesday the 23rd March 2021.
This was a joint effort of support from a number of other Scottish Clubs TV channels and Pixellot providing a camera.
Providing live streams online can be quite challenging at times, especially with short timescales to arrange and setup, all streams went extremely well on the night.
Members of ParsTV and QOSTV provided help prior to the game and providing support on the evening for all three live streams. Andy Johnstone from Caley Jags TV provided the camera, streaming kit and commentator for the Nairn County vs Montrose game.
ParsTV loaned their camera and streaming kit to Buckie Thistle. Pixellot provided the camera for the KeithFC vs Clyde game.
Feedback from all three games has been very positive. Viewing numbers on all streams were much more than we (SFO) had anticipated. The matches provided an opportunity for fans of all clubs involved the chance to see their team in action, after football was suspended in January.
I`m sure that online streaming for future matches would be very welcome by the Highland League clubs and their fans.
