2023-2024 has been a very successful season on the ScottishFootball.online (SFO) OTT Platform.

Six clubs across Championship, League 1, League 2, Highland League and the West of Scotland League made use of our services.
SFO has worked very hard to work together with the football clubs to make it easier to stream live games.
It is our aim to bring further clubs on board so that there is a bigger voice in streaming services in the Scottish Football leagues.

SFO use Stripe as the payment processer, all income goes direct to the football clubs. PPV and subscriptions are handled with ease.
Our administration backend is a great help to individual clubs to help manage their streams and users.

Online help live helps resolve customer issues on matchday. We see a wide range of questions:
-- are you streaming today ?
-- I have paid and cannot watch stream (often a spelling mistake with email or password)
-- can I watch on Smart TV
-- I am abroad, can i watch a live stream ?
-- I have logged in but cannot view the link.
-- FAQ support

Since the platform was revamped in 2019-2020 season:
-- we have supported Clubs from the Championship, League 1, League 2, Highland League, West of Scotland League
-- provided over 500 online streams
-- 190 online streams this season (2023-2024)
-- over 120,000 viewers
-- £ 850,000 income direct to the clubs for subscriptions and PPV.
-- Video stream available on Saturday block period to overseas viewers (for all users during the week)
-- Audio stream available to UK listeners on Saturday
